Join fellow CCSC members for an unforgettable week in the town that has produced more winter Olympians than any other in the U.S. From fresh powder and perfectly groomed runs to a lively après-ski scene, this trip truly has something for everyone.

Special group pricing was only available for 24 hours from our trip go-live. Due to airline policy, traveler names must have been submitted within 24 hours. If this option was selected and your trip was confirmed, flights were booked and confirmation emails were sent from wintertrips@ccscsports.org.

– Changes or cancellations require a $100 airline name change fee per person (regardless of when you cancel
– This fee is required by airline policy and applies even if you find someone to take your spot. This fee is in addition to standard CCSC trip cancellation fees

We will review submissions and confirm available spots.
⚠️ Your spot is not confirmed until both your form submission and deposit are received. Spots are assigned in order of completed signup (form + payment).
Confirmation emails will NOT be sent right away. Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation or waitlist notification. As a volunteer-run club, we appreciate your patience while we process submissions.

What's Included
🥂Group Social Events
Including a welcome happy hour and private Western BBQ closing night dinner at Thunderhead Lodge on top of the mountain, featuring live music and country dancing. Additional meet-ups may be planned throughout the week to ski, socialize, and connect with fun folks of all ages and ability levels who share a love of skiing and snowboarding.
🛌7 nights of condo-style hotel lodging
Conveniently located near downtown shops and restaurants with suite-style units with kitchens and access to a pool, and hot tub and shuttle to the slopes.
All rooms are part of multi-bedroom suites or one-bedroom suites featuring a living room and full kitchen. No single supplement is required to have your own room. You have the option of selecting a private bedroom within a shared multi-bedroom suite or booking a private one-bedroom suite when traveling as a couple.
🎿Optional Excursion to the legendary Strawberry Hotsprings
This optional excursion will be an additional cost. More details coming soon!
What's Not Included
Airfare & Transfer
Airfare and airport transfer are not included in the base price, please reach out to inquire about current availability. To help you schedule accordingly, exact times of the CCSC bus departures will be provided in trip confirmation email.
Ikon Pass and/or Lift Tickets
Steamboat is an Ikon Base pass destination with 5 days included on the Base pass and 7 on the Full pass.
Travel Insurance
We recommended personal travel insurance to cover any trip disruptions that may occur
Cancellation Policy & Fees
🔹Hotel only portion is refundable until October 15, 2026. Airfare portion is non-refundable and separate cancellation policies apply. Trip becomes non-refundable after October 15, 2026
🔹$50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. If airfare package is included, there’s an additional $100 cancellation fee per airline policy, applicable from date of submission on. This is in addition to the above CCSC standard cancelleation policies.
