Payment Details:

🔹 $1000 due June 25, 2025

🔹 $0 cancellation fee if cancelled by June 26, 2025, $1500 cancellation fee if cancelled by October 15. Non-refundable after October 15.
What's Not Included
Airfare & Transfer
Airfare and airport transfer are not included in the base price, please reach out to inquire about current availability. To help you schedule accordingly, exact times of the CCSC bus departures will be provided in trip confirmation email.
Ikon Pass and/or Lift Tickets
Big Sky is an Ikon Base pass destination with 5 days included with the Base pass, 7 with a full pass. Since we’re arriving over MLK weekend, the first day is blacked out on the Base Pass – but don’t worry, that still leaves you five full days to shred.
Travel Insurance
We recommended personal travel insurance to cover any trip disruptions that may occur

Deposit of $500 due upon booking
$1000 due June 25, 2025
Remaining balance due by October 15, 2025
Fully refundable if cancelled by June 26; $1500 cancellation fee after June 26, 2025. Non-refundable after October 15, 2025.
