Kathy Shaw and
Aaron Algazy have planned an exciting season. The club has
completed a week trip to Steamboat,CO, but the four day trip to
Alta/Snowbird was cancelled. In addition, there are weekend trips to Mammoth Mountain that coincide with the Ullr and L.A. Council Race Weekends.
Mammoth trips include, round trip bus fare on luxury new buses, departing LA around 6:00 PM on Friday. Snacks and beverages (beer) are provided on the bus. Bus entertainment is always included free of charge. Dinner on Saturday night is included. The new year will include a box dinner for the ride home with a selection of recently released blockbuster movies for entertainment on the way home. Overnight accommodations are provided for Friday and Saturday night. Arrival time Sunday night after two hard days of skiing is around 9:30 - 10:00 PM.
(Packing for Mammoth, skis and gears and overnight bag, don't forget a bathing suit for late Saturday afternoon Jacuzzi time, never forget sunscreen and of course your camera).
